Yes, all our gifts can have a custom message as per your requirements. We generally DO NOT charge extra for custom artwork, however it is good to email us before ordering to confirm the same.

We currently DO NOT have a dedicated store, hence pickup is generally not possible. Please email us to check possibility.

Our standard cake toppers are designed to fit within 20cm x 15cm rectangle (200mm x 150mm). Please contact us if you need a bigger size.

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments. Our credit cards are processed using stripe on their secure platform.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal.

It is sometimes possible that you have refreshed the browser when the payment was processing, which has caused a double payment. Don’t worry, please email us your order details and payment details and we will happily refund the extra payment. Honesty and fair practices are key values of our business.

Shipping - Frequently Asked Questions (Faq)


We use different shipping partners that are fast and economical to our business. Generally most of the parcels are sent your Courier Please, Fastway or Australia Post, whichever is faster and cheaper. If you want us to use only a specific provider, please contact us before placing the order to confirm that will be possible.

We start generating artwork for your order once we receive your order payment. All our orders are shipped within 48hours of artwork confirmation by you. Customer within Melbourne should expect to receive their orders within five (5) working days and other major cities should receive within ten (10) working days. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

By default, the shipping address you provided when you are checking out your order will be used to create all shipping labels. If you want your shipping address to be changed after order, please email us immediately. In some case we might not be able to change the shipping address if the item is already delivered.

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. All the orders are updated with the tracking information 24hours after the item is delivered from our location. You can use the “TRACK ORDER” link in the footer to track your order. If the orders were purchased from marketplaces, like eBay, we will update the tracking details to these systems too.

Returns & Cancellation - Frequently Asked Questions (Faq)

We DO NOT accept cancellation for change-of-mind. All our products are customised and crafter locally as per the customer message. Cancellation is only possible if the customisation process is not started for your order. Please contact us with all your questions before order to avoid disappointment.
