Keep your products looking like new by gently wiping with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture to preserve the engraving and finish.

How to Order

Please enter your personalisation exactly as you'd like it engraved, including spacing and punctuation. Double check spelling before adding to cart and checkout.

Check your email address carefully before checkout and monitor your spam folder regularly for our artwork confirmation email.

How to Order:

1. Once your order is placed, we'll design the artwork based on your message and send it to you for approval before engraving begins.
2. If you've ordered through Etsy, please use the seller contact option there to provide your personalisation details.
3. Reply with your confirmation or any requested changes as soon as possible to keep your order on schedule.
4. We allow 24 hours after sending the artwork for your response. If we don't hear from you, we'll proceed with engraving as shown in the design.

Product Details

Unique engraved personalised wooden spoons is a great gift for any occasion with a range of options for engraving and personalisation.

We can engrave a message of your choice on the handle, up to a maximum to 10 characters. The spoons may vary in color and shape depending on the grain and cut of the wood, but unique in their finish.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is generally free for most of our products, Australia-wide. For some bulky products we my charge extra at the time of checkout.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is individually handcrafted just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to engrave and dispatch your order. Once shipped via Australia Post, delivery typically takes a further 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express Postage is also available and usually arrives sooner. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can advise on the best option for you.

Do you offer local pickup?

We don't generally allow local pick-up, however we support this in some cases. Please contac us for more information.

Can I get a discount for a bulk order?

Yes! We offer discounts on bulk orders. Email us at sales@theengravingshop.com.au with what you need and we'll send you a quote. Please aslo share your design details, shipping postcode and suburb, qty etc to assist us in quoting

What if I make a spelling mistake in my personalisation?

Please double-check your personalisation carefully before ordering — each piece is custom made and we're unable to offer refunds for spelling errors submitted by the customer. If you spot a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to help.
